In the ongoing search for an alternative fuel diesel engines, biogas is attractive option. Biogas can be used in dual-fuel mode with as pilot fuel. This work investigates modeling of injecting strategies a waste-derived biogas-powered engine. Engine performance and emissions were projected using supervised machine learning methods including random forest, lasso regression, support vector machines (SVM). Mean Squared Error (MSE), R-squared (R²), Absolute Percentage (MAPE) among criteria evaluations models. Random Forest has shown better Brake Thermal Efficiency (BTE) test R² 0.9938 low MAPE 3.0741%. once more exceeded other models 0.9715 4.2242% estimating Specific Energy Consumption (BSEC). With 0.9821 2.5801% emerged most accurate model according to carbon dioxide (CO₂) emission modeling. Analogous results monoxide (CO) prediction based on obtained 0.8339 3.6099%. outperformed Linear Regression 0.9756% 7.2056% case nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. showed constant overall criteria. paper emphasizes how well especially prognosticate engines.

Numerous developing countries are currently grappling with energy crises due to the current surge in global fossil fuels prices. This situation has prompted policymakers and cities administrator urgently seek alternative power sources. Scientists worldwide actively working on innovative computational methods address coordination challenges faced by hybrid systems. Their objective is optimize utilization of environmentally friendly sources, such as clean sources (CESs) like wind solar power, within framework traditional hydro-thermal coordination. research aims examine how integrating CESs into conventional delivering model can minimize significant costs associated production. The proposed approach involves constructing a probabilistic represent problem. To handle uncertainties related CESs, technique known point estimation employed. employs Weibull Beta distribution functions uncertain input variables power. present study an optimization paradigm that integrates black widow (BWO) algorithm radial basis function neural network (RBFNN). not only considers system but also adapts its parameters attain optimum balance among exploration well exploitation phase. Study-III, $26558/day 12932 acquired using approach. valuable contribution holds particular significance for economic empowerment nations. By diminishing their reliance imported generation, it paves way enhanced self-sufficiency. Moreover, findings provide well-defined pathway towards fostering sustainable urban settings. Additionally, highlights from fuel-dependent industries establishment economies.

Fossil fuels are the main source of energy for transportation operations around world. However, fossil cause extremely negative impacts on environment, as well uneven distribution across countries, increasing insecurity. Biodiesel is one potential and feasible options in recent years to solve problems. a renewable, low-carbon fuel that increasingly being used replacement traditional fuels, particularly diesel engines. has several benefits such reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving air quality, independence. there also challenges associated with use biodiesel including compatibility existing engine technologies infrastructure cost production, which can vary depending factors location, climate, competing uses feedstocks. Meanwhile, studies aimed at comprehensively assessing impact power, performance, emissions lacking. This becomes major barrier dissemination this source. Therefore, study will provide comprehensive view physicochemical properties affect performance emission engine, discuss difficulties opportunities
