Hydroisomerization of n-alkanes plays an important role in fuel and lubricants processing. Bifunctional catalysts with ultralow platinum loading have recently been reported successively for hydroisomerisation. Herein, the were prepared successfully different methods to improve catalytic performance. The conversion 0.01%Pt1@CeOx/SAPO-11 by co-calcination method (0.01%Pt1@CS-c) was 71.4%, 25% higher than other precipitation method. TOFPt 0.01%Pt1@CS-c 13115 h-1, reaching advanced level same kind catalyst. Combined structural characterization catalysts, especially XPS TEM, quality phase boundary, or intersurface, between ceria zeolite found significantly different. conjunction boundary directly affected spillover rate intermediate species, which further led apparent activity differences. In addition, possible reaction discussed, rather just as a carrier active metal atoms.

Hydroisomerization catalyst is the key of hydroisomerization process, which a bifunctional composed acidic support and metal components. In this work, research progress catalysts was reviewed first from two aspects: The supports components used to prepare in recent years were introduced, their advantages/disadvantages summarized. SAPO-11 molecular sieve most commonly suitable for catalyst. synthesis methods influencing factors sieves introduced detail, modification Meanwhile, effects pore structure, acidity, crystal size on SAPO-11-based regulation emphatically introduced. Finally, development direction n-alkane (carbon number ≤ 16) prospect summarized prospected. This review helpful understand status as well sieve. future put forward. It expected provide reference researchers field.

Eight calcined ZSM-48-type materials, selected for their diversity, have been examined crystallographically to determine whether they can be described in the same way as RUB-58 (framework type RFE), with blocks of a single framework structure separated by shear planes. In RUB-58, only one is present, but it adopt either two origins related exactly one-half unit cell along channel direction. The connect another seamlessly well-defined eight materials were synthesized different laboratories using seven organic structure-directing agents under variety conditions. At first glance, diffraction patterns are similar, reflection intensities and peak shapes differ. Analysis structures revealed that indeed all refined structural model. Only amount shifted widths (arising primarily from crystallite sizes) Comparison generated several series disorder models (using polymorphs) measured ones shows those single-framework model yield best matches. Geometric optimization, simulations planes morphology suggest plane (110) most likely one. These results indicate (involving polymorphs), which has assumed nearly 40 years, probably does not exist.
