A verified hydrodynamic spray model was used to investigate the effects of multiple injection strategies on fuel bundle development and atomization characteristics diesel under typical conditions direct-injection, turbocharged, high-speed automotive engines. Emphasis is placed effect injecting a small amount pre-injection prior main process. In addition, degree influence pre/main-injection interval time ratio macro- micro-parameters in two-injection strategies. The results show that at end process, as increases, gas phase penetration distance width volume high-temperature region decrease, concentration vicinity nozzle decreasing trend. As decreases, width, between equivalence 0.8–1.2 front tends increase. proportion region, 4.88, 4.56, 11.5 times changing time, respectively. research provides basis for optimizing strategy applying technology high-pressure common rail
