Ecosystem services (ESs) are essential for balancing environmental sustainability and socio-economic development. However, the of ESs their relationships increasingly threatened by global climate change intensifying human activities, particularly in ecologically sensitive agriculturally-intensive regions. The Songnen Plain, a crucial agricultural region Northeast China, faces considerable challenges sustaining its due to overexploitation land, degradation, variability. This study assessed five key Plain from 2000 2020 across multiple scales: habitat quality (HQ), soil conservation (SC), water yield (WY), food production (FP), windbreaking sand fixing (WS). We evaluated trade-offs synergies between these ESs, as well driving factors main ES trade-offs. Our findings indicate that provisioning (WY FP) regulating (SC WS) improved over time, with FP exhibiting most significant increase at 203.90%, while supporting (HQ) declined 32.61%. primary ecosystem service multifunctionality areas were those provided FP, SC, WY, accounting 58% total. varied spatial scales, stronger being observed pixel scale more pronounced county scale. The conflict between exploitation of coal resources and environmental protection is highly pronounced in the Wanli mining area, located arid semi-arid region Inner Mongolia, China. impact operations has led to varying degrees surface subsidence, which further threatens ecological environment as extraction continues. Small Baseline Subset Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SBAS-InSAR) technique offers significant advantages over traditional subsidence monitoring methods, particularly complex terrain with vertical horizontal valleys. This approach enables large-scale, low-cost, all-weather monitoring. Based on 64 Sentinel-1A SAR images from 2018 2023, this study aims promptly identify location, deformation degree, evolution characteristics mining-induced within area using SBAS-InSAR techniques. results indicate that affected by covers 109.73 km2, a maximum cumulative 283.41 mm velocity 46.45 mm/y. Marunda Grahamineral adalah perusahaan batubara, dalam kegiatan penambangannya menggunakan jasa kontraktor yaitu PT. Riung Mitra Lestari di Pit East Kawi. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis produktivitas alat gali muat pada pengupasan overburden dengan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE merupakan pengukuran tingkat efektivitas suatu peralatan yang dapat membantu mengidentifikasi letak permasalahan sebenarnya dari produksi dihasilkan. Dengan deskriptif kuantitatif peneliti mengembangkan model matematis dan teori berkaitan tanah penutup. Hasil perhitungan aktual Excavator CAT 395 (1215) sebesar 569,61 BCM/jam nilai 66 % sedangkan (1216) 391,81 45 %, dimana target 620 BCM/jam. Perhitungan lanjutan Six Big Losses dianalisa digram pareto faktor terbesar menyebabkan rendahnya reduce speed 12,9 breakdown losses 30,81 %. Agar tercapai dilakukan perbaikan OEE, (utilization factor) kecepatan (speed didapatkan setelah 72 620,31 (1215). Sedangkan penggunaan factor), pengisian (bucket 73 Nilai belum memenuhi kelas dunia ≥ 85 namun untuk 629,31 tersebut melebihi rencana BCM/jam.
