Ultrasonic technology has a significant degassing effect and can increase the efficiency of hydrogen production in proton exchange membrane electrolysis water. However, further research is needed to understand its influence mechanism on bubbles. In this work, kinetic analysis performed investigate principle behaviour bubble evolution by applying ultrasonic amplification technique under static flow dynamics cell. The bubbles dynamic aqueous electrolyte solution ultrasound was characterised imaging. results show that state reduces size increases detachment speed compared state, which promotes process evolution, thermal temperature very small be ignored. Ultrasound different effects stages evolution. nucleation stage, cavitation highly reactive radicals such as •OH, H•, etc., mechanical vibration sites, are denser more evenly distributed. growth phase, promote breaking bonds water molecules improve mass transport, bubbles, fluctuating energy positive negative with speed. radius influenced ultrasound. changes pressure, at pressure increases, decreases, changing favours polymerisation leads increased fine streams. contributes actual operation.
