Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is an idiopathic, highly debilitating chronic disorder with persistent accompanied by a combination of sensory, motor, and autonomic abnormalities. It not only difficult to treat but also study. This scoping review aimed identify the key clinical molecular challenges encountered in CRPS research examine assessment tools currently employed. A comprehensive search was conducted across PubMed/Medline, Science Direct, Scopus, Wiley Online Library, Google Scholar using free text MeSH terms related CRPS, aspects, neuroinflammation, biomarkers, challenges. We analyzed 55 original papers on 17 studies immunological/biochemical/molecular aspects CRPS. significant degree heterogeneity observed methodologies employed reviewed studies. The most frequently reported included difficulties participant recruitment controlling confounding factors (reported 62% studies), such as patient population, influence coping strategies psychological factors, impact sociocultural studies). Findings from early stages may generalize because differing pathophysiological mechanisms symptom profiles. Additional obstacles include disorder’s heterogeneity, variability treatment approaches, lack standardized baseline comparisons. These issues hinder development reliable biomarkers evidence-based treatments. Due these difficulties, exact cause still fully understood, making it develop effective, specific treatments conduct targeted research.

This paper presents a basic model for the therapeutic effect of two drugs on patients with early cervical cancer. Two cases are considered: constant control and optimal control. For case one, system is proved to have unique non-negativity solution if initial values positive; then sufficient conditions existence stability equilibriums derived; Hopf bifurcation also considered. two, by using Pontryagin's Maximum Principle, we get solution. Some examples numerical simulations presented. Discussions conclusions listed at end.
