It discusses AI’s applications optimizing grape cultivation, fermentation, quality control, while emphasizing its critical managing microbiological risks such as mycotoxins. The aims show how AI technologies not only refine operational efficiencies but also raise standards ensure traceability vineyard consumer. Challenges implementation future directions for integrating more advanced solutions into industry will be discussed, providing comprehensive overview potential revolutionize traditional practices.
