ABSTRACT
Cities
striving
to
adapt
the
impacts
of
climate
change

recognize

variability
in
flood
vulnerability
across
different
communities.

examining

physical

socio‐demographic
factors,
this

provides
a
comprehensive

disadvantaged
communities

flooding
