This study uses the GTAP-E-Power model to examine economic and environmental implications of transitioning different energy generation mixes in Vietnam by 2030. Three scenarios were considered for that year: (1) low-coal high-gas, (2) high-renewables, (3) high-coal. Scenario 2 emerges as most balanced approach, resulting a 1.02% GDP decline 0.78% increase CO2 emissions. The accurate detection of coal gangue is an important prerequisite for the intelligent sorting gangue. Aiming at existing methods, which have problems such as low accuracy and complex model structure, a multi-scale fusion lightweight target method based on EMBS-YOLOv8s proposed. Firstly, images collected through visual dark box platform are preprocessed using CLAHE to improve contrast clarity images. Secondly, PAN-FAN structure replaced by EMBSFPN in neck network. In the context of global energy transition and environmental sustainability, clean combustion traditional sources has become increasingly important.
