This study uses the GTAP-E-Power model to examine economic and environmental implications of transitioning different energy generation mixes in Vietnam by 2030. Three scenarios were considered for that year: (1) low-coal high-gas, (2) high-renewables, (3) high-coal. Scenario 2 emerges as most balanced approach, resulting a 1.02% GDP decline 0.78% increase CO2 emissions. In this scenario, electronics sector grows slightly (+0.3%), while metals (-3.1%) chemical products (-1.0%) experience moderate declines. terms exports, gives rise an trade balance (151 million USD) modest gain exports China (+0.46%), Japan (+0.37%), Korea (+0.33%), Western Europe (+0.35%). The accurate detection of coal gangue is an important prerequisite for the intelligent sorting gangue. Aiming at existing methods, which have problems such as low accuracy and complex model structure, a multi-scale fusion lightweight target method based on EMBS-YOLOv8s proposed. Firstly, images collected through visual dark box platform are preprocessed using CLAHE to improve contrast clarity images. Secondly, PAN-FAN structure replaced by EMBSFPN in neck network. This can fully utilize features different scales, model’s accuracy, reduce its complexity.
