The Circular Economy represents an essential strategy for a more sustainable future, both the environment and economy society. main purpose of this article is to conduct holistic analysis that highlights Romania’s perspectives in transition integration process towards Economy. In research, we will use economic cybernetics complex adaptive systems uncover complexity Our aim also identify connections interactions among its various components. To complete framework, multiple linear regression (MLR) autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) models were employed. MLR was applied assess impact variables such as Waste per capita, Recycling rate by region, Labor productivity, Production environmental goods, material on real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) capita. time series are extracted from Eurostat databases cover period 2010–2021. Given results obtained through MLR, ARDL model study long-run short-run causal independent GDP led us create another perspective, namely, examine how greenhouse gas emissions production activities labor productivity person employed hour worked affect generation municipal waste delves into pivotal fostering sustainability, offering exhaustive, data-backed effects performance health Romania. light our findings, strongly recommend future policy development Romania should be aligned with National Strategy This would facilitate effective practices, not only enhancing indicators but reducing impact.
