Introduction.
Improving
the
technologies
for
isolating
and
purifying
biologically
active
substances
from
plant
materials
is
an
important
task
pharmaceutical,
food
cosmetic
industries.
Technology
development
often
requires
changes
to
design
of
existing
equipment.
During
modernization
equipment
implementation
new
technologies,
it
possible
improve
its
configuration,
which
makes
significantly
increase
yield
at
minimal
cost.
To
efficiency
process
hesperidin
materials,
we
proposed
use
a
number
technological
solutions.
In
particular,
mixing
devices
with
configuration
impellers
obtained
by
computational
fluid
dynamics,
when
using
Soxhlet
extractor
heated
extraction
chamber,
adding
external
coil
jacket,
regulate
temperature
inside
chamber
accelerate
processes
diffusion
mass
transfer,
select
solvent
extractant
on
basis
thermodynamic
models
calculation.

Populus

tomentiglandulosa
(PT),
