Background
According
to
the

Mindfulness
is
a
critical
instrument

sustainable
tourism
development.

Purpose
Emotions
are
an
important
aspect
of
work
performance
but
often
overlooked,
especially
amongst
preschool
teachers
whose
environment
is
laden
with
emotional
job
demands.

labour
and
contextual

study

asymmetric
job
conditions
deplete

psychological
resources

workforce

lower-middle-income
country
(LMIC).

workload,

conflict
and
work-family
conflict)
on
burnout

effect
occupational

support

exhaustion

SEM

high
stressors

demands)

related
with
levels
exhaustion,

social
autonomy

buffers

Abstract
The
quest
to
flourish

Vygotsky's
sociocultural
theory,
this
study

relationship
between
international
students'
intercultural
sensitivity
academic
adaptation
mediating
role
of
general
health.

one‐way
analysis

structural
equation

were
