Climate change affects the world. Due to excessive GHG emissions, urban transportation contributes this threat. Policymakers and authorities want reduce transportation-related emissions. An imaginary area with high greenhouse gas dense, interconnected modes, a population density is considered. Istanbul, Turkey meets criteria of place, so case analysis considers city. Istanbul’s decision-makers are looking for effective strategies prioritize climate policy alternatives activities. Four alternative 13 presented in context. Innovative multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy sets (IVFFSs) proposed advantage-prioritization can select most policies. Utilizing IVFFSs, effectively tackles qualitative/quantitative data uncertain information that occurs realistic applications. In study, firstly IVFF-heronian mean operators their desirable characteristics aggregate IVFF information. The overcome drawbacks existing information-based by considering relationships between numbers. Based on heronian operators, hybrid framework integrating importance through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC), rank sum (RS), double normalization-based multi-aggregation (DNMA) methods method, CRITIC RS implemented derive objective subjective weights considered evaluation DNMA applied Sensitivity comparative analyses studies confirm framework. results show integration sectors, strategies, innovations across different areas all regions option has highest overall utility degree (0.731) among set four

Decision-making in real-world scenarios faces uncertainty. Fuzzy theory has been a means to represent such In this study, we propose an approach that incorporates bipolarity into multi-criteria decision-making processes applied digital marketing. The proposal considers both the positive and negative dimensions of data, leading better-informed decisions. Our contribution integrates Pythagorean fuzzy matrices, framework broadens utility bipolar theory. Through computational experimentation, identify most effective strategy for marketing platforms. When compared existing techniques, our shows advantages, underlining its potential improve uncertain offering insights businesses refine their strategies.

Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methods have been widely used among researchers to provide a trade-off solution between best and worst, considering conflicting criteria sets of preferences. An efficient systematic literature review these is needed maintain their application in distinctive domains. To this end, paper presents comprehensive survey on "multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis" (MOORA) method its fuzzy extensions developed discussed recent years. This includes articles categorized based the publication name, publishing year, journal type applications, extensions. In addition, will enhance understanding practitioners decision-makers MOORA method, development, hybridization, different areas, future work. The study revealed that technique was predominantly with TOPSIS approach, followed AHP COPRAS methods. Furthermore, 76.28 % use single hybridization approaches all studies, while 23.72 environment.

Engineering and technological breakthroughs in sustainability play a crucial role reducing carbon emissions. An important aspect of this is the active participation enterprises addressing reduction as systemic approach. In response to government incentives People’s Republic China, Chinese have developed systems align their organizational goals with national long-term plans. This paper evaluates schemes employed by six companies multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. To end, we propose new hybrid MCDM method called grey-MEREC-MAIRCA method. combines recently based on removal effects criteria (MEREC) for weighting multi-attribute ideal-real comparative analysis (MAIRCA) grey system theory. The proposed provides additional benefit accounting uncertainty decision making. Notable findings research, decision-maker scores, are that control direct emissions energy-saving efficiency top priorities. contrast, committing corporate social responsibility through public welfare information disclosure considered lesser Furthermore, ranking results obtained using compared those from classical weighted sum model technique order preference similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS), confirming selection best company. Despite limitation steps needed evaluation, it opens up opportunities future research develop simpler methods under uncertainty.
