Introduction: Adolescent pregnancy poses a significant concern in Indonesia, particularly some regions, namely West Sumatra and Padang City. This issue has been addressed with two prominent approaches, the Continuity of Midwifery Care (CMC) model Mother-Child Health (MCH) Book. Objective: study aims to compare effectiveness these approaches enhancing knowledge about adolescent Pregnancy, including several aspects, such as domestic violence, substance risks, reproductive health, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting roles. Material Methods: A quantitative research approach was applied by utilizing quasi-experimental design, conducting pre- post-tests validated questionnaires during third trimester postpartum days 31 43. Conducted City, involved 70 young primiparous mothers, categorized into groups using CMC MCH The collected data analyzed generalized linear models repeated measures. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors influencing pregnant women’s delivery place preferences. emphasizes significance choosing safe options, as required by Indonesian government, and making sure mothers give birth in medical facilities that have enough resources qualified staff, especially case emergencies. Inappropriate clinic or assistant selection family members may put health mother newborn at risk. An observational approach was used a cross-sectional design. Written questionnaires were gather primary data, chi-square test for analysis. study’s population consisted all women Rokan IV Koto Health Care Center, including 80 who gave 2022. Background. Both miscarriage and stillbirth occur in almost 20% of clinical pregnancies, resulting pregnancy loss. The incidence has been associated with several risk factors events maternal adverse health outcomes. Purpose. This study was conducted to analyze some loss Indonesia. The debate over home involves wide range concerns, including safety, accessibility, maternal autonomy, healthcare system dynamics, revealing complex interaction medical, social, cultural considerations. studies demonstrate that homebirth can indeed be safe option for low-risk, healthy pregnant individuals when attended by qualified licensed attendants. While poses fewer significant health risks these individuals, it's crucial to acknowledge potential complications such postpartum haemorrhage neonatal asphyxia, which may necessitate immediate medical attention. Delayed access emergency assistance limited availability procedures settings underline importance strict risk assessment preparedness timely transfer facility, prioritizing safety both mother newborn.
