We
introduce
the
concept
of
spherical
fuzzy
neutral
aggregation
operators
by
utilizing
addition
and
scalar
multiplication
operational
laws.Spherical
set
(SFS)
is
an
effective
tool
for
handling
cognitive
uncertainty
in
decision-making
(DMg),
operations
are
particularly
useful

COVID-19
pandemic
has
caused
a

medical
supplies
usage,

waste
generation.
