The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a surge in essential medical supplies usage, leading to notable increase waste generation. Consequently, extensive research focused on sustainable disposal methods handle used equipment safely. Given the necessity evaluate these considering qualitative and quantitative criteria, this falls within realm of multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). This study introduces framework for selecting most suitable treatment methods, taking into account economic, technological, environmental, social aspects. Sixteen criteria were assessed using Fuzzy Preference Selection Index (F-PSI) determine optimal approach. Additionally, Compromise Ranking Alternatives from Distance Ideal Solution (F-CRADIS) method was employed nine technologies disposal. Notably, disinfection efficiency emerged as crucial criterion, with autoclaving identified preferred treatment. A practical case conducted Sivas, Turkey, validates feasibility strategies. Multiple sensitivity analyses performed ensure stability reliability proposed

Few studies have examined the cross-sectoral impacts of electric vehicles on economy, energy, and environment. This study adopted hybrid vehicles, plug-in pure-battery as research objects in establishing an input–output analysis framework electric-vehicle industry. Learning curves scenario were also used to explore economic–energy–environmental promotion, using Taiwan a case study. Our results indicated that by 2040, will create output value 157~186.7 billion NTD, while boosting employment reducing energy expenditures but having negligible impact income. It is expected adoption reduce consumption 65~82% levels required for internal-combustion engines. Electric are CO2 NOX emissions increase PM2.5 emissions, with little effect SOX emissions.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with human (HI) has been asserted to provide transformational power across the humanitarian supply chain (HSC). However, there is little rigorous work that analyses enablers promote AI–HI and application in HSC. Thus, this paper reports a hybrid decision support framework for analysing HSC complicated, uncertain, periodic information. First, collect interdependent preference data from experts, complex spherical fuzzy weighted Heronian mean operator distance measures-based optimization model established generate group matrix. Next, measure influence strength enablers, decision-making trial evaluation method determine enabler weights, taking into account their interactive relationships. After that, explore level different participants HSC, measurement alternatives ranking according compromise solution developed by combining former two procedures. Finally, case study analysis presented assess feasibility current method, which includes sensitivity comparison studies. results reveal factor "enhancing efficiency relief operations" (0.084) most important driving integration. outcomes can new understanding key parts
