We are exposed to a mixture of environmental man-made and natural xenobiotics. experience wide spectrum exposure in our lifetime, including the effects xenobiotics on gametogenesis gametes that undergo fertilization as starting point individual development and, moreover, utero exposure, which can itself cause first somatic or germline mutation necessary for breast cancer (BC) initiation. Most metabolized or/and bioaccumulate biomagnify tissues cells, tissues, so xenobiotic metabolism plays an important role BC initiation progression. Many considerations necessitate more valuable explanation regarding molecular mechanisms action act genotoxic epigenetic carcinogens. Thus, exposomics exposome concept based diversity range exposures physical factors, synthetic chemicals, dietary components, psychosocial stressors, well their associated biologic processes pathways. Existing evidence risk (BCR) suggests food-borne chemical carcinogens, air pollution, ionizing radiation, socioeconomic status closely related carcinogenesis. The aim this review was depict dynamics kinetics several involved development, emphasizing new omics fields exposomics, such toxicogenomics, epigenomics interactomics, metagenomics, nutrigenomics, nutriproteomics, nutrimiRomics. mainly focused food nutrition, endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), development. Overall, cell tissue accumulation biotransformation lead modifications composition morphology, DNA damage genomic instability, epimutations, RNA-mediated extracellular vesicle effects, aberrant blood methylation, stimulation epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), disruption cell-cell junctions, reorganization actin cytoskeleton, metabolic reprogramming, overexpression mesenchymal genes. Moreover, into cells impacts almost all known carcinogenic Conversely, food, there many bioactive compounds with anti-cancer potential, exerting pro-apoptotic roles, inhibiting cycle progression proliferation, migration, invasion, damage, stress conditions. conclude has high potential demonstrate how acts double-edged sword, promoting suppressing tumorigenesis BC.

Hydroponic cultivation of fresh produce is gaining popularity worldwide, but few studies have provided a comparative assessment hydroponic and conventional soil-based vegetables. In this study, we analyzed series hazardous chemicals, including 120 pesticides, 18 phthalates (PAEs), 2 heavy metals (lead cadmium) in four vegetable commodities (lettuces, celeries, tomatoes, cucumbers) from cultivation. Our study showed that at least one pesticide was present 84% the conventionally grown samples, whereas only 30% samples contained detectable residues. Regarding total PAE concentrations, there no significant difference between The lead cadmium residues cultivated vegetables were significantly higher than those produced Lead primary metal pollutant across all samples. hazard index (HI) values 0.22 0.64, respectively. Since both are below one, exposure to these chemicals through consumption studied may not pose health risk. HI also suggested risks eating lower for

As climate change intensifies and the need to reduce human-caused emissions becomes more urgent, transitioning a bio-based economy is essential. This paper explores diverse industrial applications of plant oils as sustainable alternatives petroleum-based products, including their use in food, polymers, lubricants, surfactants, pesticides, emollients, biofuels. review delves into biosynthetic pathways, detailing key enzymes processes involved synthesis triacylglycerol. It thoroughly discusses how genetic metabolic engineering can not only increase oil yields but also modify fatty acid compositions better meet requirements. By understanding genetics utilizing advanced biotechnologies, content quality sources be significantly enhanced, aligning with both sustainability goals demands. provides comprehensive overview current uses production, proposing innovative strategies such from biomass or cultivating non-edible crops. These approaches aim establish system, reliance on fossil fuels, promote growth an environmentally responsible economy. Additionally, highlights future directions, examining economic implications environmental benefits adopting across various sectors positioning them pivotal achieving eco-friendly,
