Lao People's Democratic Republic is a developing country in Southeast Asia with high proportion, 70% of the population related to agriculture. As Laos's economy and residents' well-being improve, consumers companies put increasing emphasis on food safety. Primary research data chain safety at consumer level needed help policymakers decrease risk foodborne infections. This study aims explore people's knowledge, attitudes, intentions identify most influential factors that shape their behaviour support development more efficient communication programmes. A paper-based survey was implemented collect quantitative selected topics about Laotian consumers, as well equipment households regarding conditions tools necessary for safe preparation storage. model developed based extended Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB), partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) applied analyse affect behaviour. The elements Knowledge Perceived Behavioural Control positively influence behaviours, such using separate chopping boards raw ready-to-eat foods. According model, only 10% Intentions would be translated into Behaviours, which gap can explained by lack hygienic environment. Although indicated people intend follow guidelines, participants felt they lacked sufficient knowledge. perception validated knowledge test behavioural part study. In light these findings, it essential raise awareness promote interventions, enhancing education childhood. facilitate encourage adopting practices improve overall level, delivering positive impacts also business sector.

Risk communication in mining operations currently does not fully integrate safety management systems with user-centered platforms. Existing research has shown that the design of risk been sufficiently optimized using mobile technology. This study proposes a draft procedure for thinking method to deepen needs analysis and optimization system engineering. The stage was developed conceptual categorizes data sources from three levels employees: management, supervisors, field operators. interim results this present survey procedures an empathy map, user journey 5-stage scenario test validation. limitation is technique developing seven blocks map questions AEIOU framework can generate more than 35 comprehensive are difficult understand by employees at operator level.
