The Metaverse is a blend of our tangible and digital worlds, marking the upcoming direction internet sector. This study strives to identify elements that affect uptake platforms in Vietnam. To end, we pinpointed factors influencing usage intentions using Extended Unified Theory Acceptance Use Technology (UTAUT2) model added new “switching cost” variable.
