ZnMn 2−x Sn x O 4 specimens with = 0.0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.1 and 0.2 were obtained utilizing the sol-gel method. Rietveld refinement was employed to explore modifications in structural microstructural features of upon doping. Utilizing SEM/EDS technique, morphology composition inspected. Inclusion ions into 2 (ZMO) lattice evidenced by EDS analysis confirmed shift wavenumber IR vibrational bands both tetrahedral octahedral sites. From photoluminescence (PL) measurements, pristine ZMO specimen exhibited a peak emission at 547 nm, consistent bandgap value E g 2.42 eV, recognized as edge-to-edge emissions. PL intensity diminished doping up then increases increasing (x); for 0.2, it exceeds pure ZMO. The sample ultimate dielectric greatest conductivity among other doped samples. electrical samples adhered CBH model. Samples 0.05 0.07 characterized occurrence SP models. A demonstrated OLPT mechanism. influence amount temperature on complex impedance electric modulus explored. All semiconductor feature except which has metallic characteristics.
