Community enterprises in Thailand are facing a highly competitive marketing challenge, an inability to hand on business the next generation, and lack of flexible goods production system. This study aims develop measurement model for community enterprise management by surveying expectations 500 entrepreneurs group using questionnaire. uses exploratory factor analysis confirmatory analysis. The objective is critical strategies overcoming obstacles creating sustainability organizations, comprising eight dimensions: product design management, logistics quality standard knowledge service organization management. results can be used effectively solve improve enterprise's operation continuously it per entrepreneur's expectations. Moreover, government sector use this method determine policy toward supporting more sustainable also approach set policies, promote creation environment conducive operations, create added value businesses through identity area support sustainable.
