The purpose of the current study is to analyze how variations in suicidal ideation scores can relate sleep quality, social media consumption, self-esteem, and perceived barriers seeking psychological help a sample university students Honduras. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used. Self-reported data collected from non-random 910 Honduras; their average age 24.03 years ( SD =6.05). Most respondents were women (67%) with men accounting for 33% sample. Measurements included item 9 Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Single-Item Sleep Quality Scale, Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Barriers Seeking Psychological Help Scale College Students, self-reported questionnaire on media. Background: Social media (SM) use has become an integral aspect of daily life. Overutilization SM can adversely impact individual’s physical and emotional well-being, especially that students. This study evaluated the potential addiction on anxiety academic performance among university Methods: A cross-sectional was conducted medical ad non-medical students at Qassim University during September 2022–April 2023 after obtaining Ethics Committee’s permission. Raosoft used for calculating sample size, participants were selected through convenience sampling. Both descriptive inferential statistics to analyze interpret results, using SPSS version 25. <p>Academic procrastination is a prevalent issue among college students. This study aims to investigate the correlation between smartphone addiction, religiosity, and academic by considering mediating role of self-esteem self-regulated learning (SRL). The Procrastination Scale, Religiosity Muslim scale, Smartphone Addiction Scale-Short Version (SAS-SV), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE), Academic Self-Regulated Learning (A-SRL) were administered 512 students (42,19% males 57,81% females; mean age=19,72, SD=1,36). hypotheses evaluated using Partial Least Squares (PLS) modeling. results revealed that self-esteem, SRL significantly correlated with procrastination. structural equation model mediated religiosity In terms addiction procrastination, only acted as mediator, while did not. findings are valuable for counselors educators, offering insights into connections knowledge can provide practical guidance preventing addressing issues in effectively.</p>
