Purpose Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, having powerful capabilities and rapid development, has been able to move the structures of businesses organizational processes towards intelligent automation. The role digital transformation in universities educational institutions an increasing trend. New business digitization processes, other than advantages they bring about, might have different effects on environment sustainability. This study aims identify effective factors AI adoption effect using this technology their sustainable performance. Design/methodology/approach research is applied a quantitative approach. Universities selected for were ranked by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). Of 111 QS listed Middle East 2023, 30 randomly selected, questionnaire was emailed 50 people (administrative, staff) from each university. A clear and proficient English abstract is crucial for disseminating research findings to a global audience, significantly impacting the accessibility visibility of from non-English speaking countries. Despite adoption ChatGPT since November 30, 2022, comprehensive analysis improvements in abstracts scholarly journals has not been conducted. This study aims identify which authors Taiwan, Japan, China, South Korea (TJCS) have shown most improvement abstracts. Article published Medicine (Baltimore ) sourced Web Science Core Collection 2020 2023 were downloaded. mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative linguistic quality indicators qualitative assessments coherence engagement using Rasch model. Ten determined by prompting ChatGPT. Two scenarios analyzed: (1) generative pretrained transformer (GPT) versus non-GPT (each with 30 2021) (2) TJCS comparison 100 2021 2023, respectively).
