Purpose: This study examines existing automatic screening methods for developmental language disorder (DLD), a neurodevelopmental deficit without known biomedical etiologies, focusing on languages, data sets, extracted features, performance metrics, and classification methods. Additionally, it summarizes the strengths weaknesses of current systems explores future research opportunities challenges. Method: We conducted systematic review, searching PubMed, Web Science, Scopus, PsycINFO articles published in English before March 2024. included studies that developed automated to classify DLD cases among children. Results: A total 23 were thoroughly reviewed. found models focused five namely, Czech, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, English, with various sets employed. Most identified used acoustic, textural, combination speech features nonspeech model development. Traditional machine learning, artificial neural networks, convolutional long short-term memory, non–machine-learning employed training. The need larger, multilingual improved system sensitivity is noted. Future include exploring integration combined algorithms; implementing new considering variations age, gender, severity, comorbidity differences DLD. Conclusion: review highlights significant advancements suggests potential areas screening.

Introduction The implementation of technologies in Primary Health Care with monitoring and evaluation the quality health care is fundamental to direct access context Sustainable Development Goals. Our objective was develop a model for evaluating digital interventions primary care, considering its impact on first contact, longitudinality, integrality coordination health. Methodology This an exploratory methodological study qualitative nature. seeks explore strategic actors’ perceptions model, developed process between June 2021 March 2024. following stages were followed: Identification previous models available literature, development, validation, update. We performed nominal group consensus technique online seven experts. Stages taken define design model: sending elaborated together electronic form 18 subjective questions, such as brainstorming strategy, recording impressions, judgment agreement suggestions; workshop discussion by videoconference, at time objectives diagram presented, followed debate clarification doubts suggestions step-by-step design. After incorporating suggestions, agreed upon subjected another analysis same experts, sent Google document, which possible inconsistencies proposed one verified, well final recommended proposal. At end this stage, synchronous asynchronous remote procedures, reached. Results presents categories, structure, result. structure encompasses four indicators, namely, employees; financial resources; infrastructure regulatory resources. organized into three dimensions, namely: technical dimension, organizational dimension relational dimension. results will be evaluated products; intermediate results; impacts (short, medium long term). measured pillars quality: efficacy, effectiveness, efficiency, optimization, acceptability, legitimacy, equity. Conclusion achieved goal developing evaluate Care, helping identify adequate useful methods filling gap lack standards brazilian Digital Strategy. It important difference relation from different countries, it considers attributes contact care. used managers professionals case Brazil expected that may other studies countries through contextual adaptations.
