Workplace hazing remains a critical concern in the hospitality sector, known for its high-pressure environments and hierarchical dynamics. Drawing on transactional stress theory, this study explores intricate relationships between workplace hazing, emotional exhaustion, deviant behavior, with focus moderating roles of hope optimism. The research aims to examine how these psychological factors buffer negative impacts employee behavior. Using quantitative approach, data were collected from 494 valid responses comprising employees supervisors four- five-star hotels Aqaba, Amman, Petra, Jordan. Convenience sampling was employed, analyzed using SPSS 29 AMOS 26. findings reveal that significantly predicts exhaustion mediating relationship. Hope optimism found moderate effects, suggesting who maintain an optimistic outlook are better equipped handle stress, which, turn, reinforces their positive mindset, ultimately fostering healthier cultures. offers both theoretical practical implications.
