Background: Shoulder pain is one of the most common symptoms after laparoscopic surgery, which seriously affects people's health and quality life. Many clinical studies have shown that noninvasive physiotherapy beneficial treatment for patients, but best approach various unclear. The purpose this study protocol to compare effectiveness different in relieving postlaparoscopic shoulder (PLSP). Methods: We will search ten electronic databases including PubMed, Web Science, Medline, Scopus, CINAHL, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), CNKI, WanFang Data VIP from their inception November 2023. select randomized controlled trials (RCTs) evaluate on PLSP. Our primary outcome be measure intensity at 24 48 hours end intervention included study. Secondary outcomes include incidence hours, postoperative nausea / vomiting other complications intervention. Then, standard network meta-analysis conducted using Review Manager 5.4 STATA 18. Results: systematic review identify PLSP patients. Conclusion: This address existing knowledge gap regarding practice with physiotherapy. results help medical staff patients choose method relieve Furthermore, we hope provide evidence-based improvement guidelines facilitate decision sharing process.
