The existence of intra-amniotic and placental microbiomes during pregnancy has been the source considerable debate, with research yielding conflicting evidence. This study evaluated investigations into putative presence these in healthy pregnancies by identifying design data interpretation issues, particularly concerning contamination samples low-density bacterial DNA. Positive findings from diverse populations suggest a consistent microbiota space. Negative conclusions regarding prenatal emphasise impact analysis concluded that there is no definitive evidence to refute pregnancies. Also, it provides suggestions for controlling potential factors future on microbial populations.
