This study focuses on evaluating modular house construction projects, which is a critical segment within sustainable building practices. Despite the significant advantages of construction, such as enhanced resource efficiency and reduced environmental impact, existing research often overlooks its unique attributes constraints. Our objectives were to identify crucial parameters for comprehensive evaluation particularly emphasizing sustainability, explore how an advanced conversational AI tool, ChatGPT, can assist in assessments. We employed Delphi method define these integrated ChatGPT develop robust assessment methodology. approach allowed us harness AI-driven insights enrich process. findings suggest that delivers high-quality results comparable those produced by experts formulated detailed description scale each criterion, effectively outlining guidelines projects.
