Integrating synthetic fibers into yarn manufacturing has revolutionized the development of stretchable fabrics, which have become essential in textile industry. This research explores Siro-spun dual-core yarns with elastane and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) as core materials, alongside cotton sheath material, using a modified W-grooved roller system. The study aims to evaluate impact material feeding techniques on properties produced yarns. Five different samples were created several techniques, their investigated standard testing methods statistical tools such MANOVA. MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis) method was also employed rank based overall criteria across multiple quality performances. results revealed that exhibited superior mechanical (elongation strength) (hairiness, unevenness, imperfections) compared those traditional methods. comparative demonstrates potential optimize performance, offering innovative solutions for production meeting growing demands market.

Textile industries constantly explore innovative methods to increase fabric and yarn properties meeting multiple consumer demands yarns (dual core) especially those incorporating an elastic core have obtained concentration for their potential in producing fabrics with improved stretch recovery properties. This study focuses on the manufacturing of (double using Hamel Twisting (Elasto twist) techniques utilizing materials wrapped 'S' 'Z' directions such as polytrimethylene terephthalate/polyethylene terephthalate (T400®), PBT (Polybutylene terephthalate), PES (Polyester) elastane (Lycra®). The are manufactured adjusted spinning technique (ring) work direction dual-core spun method also includes denim (3/1 twill) developed weft. article presents a comprehensive analysis properties, including unevenness, strength, neps (+200), elongation, thick place (+50), hairiness, thin (−50), subsequently evaluates weight (dry washed), elasticity %, tensile growth tearing stiffness, shrinkage. statistical utilizes Two-way ANOVA examine significant variations characteristics among several components directions. findings present understanding performance through elasto twist method, offering precious insights applications textile products, fabrics.

In light of the recent technological advancements in composite yarns with multicomponent cores, also known as dual core spun yarns, their utilisation textile industry has become widespread. A V-grooved roller is employed to enhance feeding cores. this context, diverse yarn designs varying mechanisms can be optimise performance. This study presents an alternative mechanism utilising a W-grooved for commercial use production. To achieve this, and wound elastic (filament varies sheath cotton fibre elastane centre wrapped on right left side) were produced using modified ring spinning system different parameters. Denim fabrics then these weft yarns. The results demonstrated that filament positioning exhibited superior properties terms strength, elongation at break, evenness hairiness. Furthermore, denim made breaking load tearing force basis. These lower growth, defined percentage fabric returning its original length after tensile stress removal.
