Background:
The
objective
of
this
qualitative
research
was
to
explore
the
impact
certain
predefined
factors
on
sustainability
supply
chains
in
Industry
5.0.
assessed
by
considering
six
from
existing
literature:
circular
logistics,
5.0
technologies,
intellectual
level
and
learning,
logistics
innovation,
sustainable
chain
practices,
managerial
strategy
company.
Methods:
Semi-structured
interviews
were
conducted
based
an
interview
guide
with
14
participants
who
serve
as
managers
executives
management
Morocco.
transcribed,
followed
lexical
thematic
analysis
using
QSR
NVivo
15
software.
Results:
results
showed
that
all
studied
play
a
major
role
achieving
management.
testimonies
highlighted
crucial
technologies
chains,
while
combining
them
other
studied.
Consequently,
these
made
it
possible
validate
confirm
previously
identified
literature,
retaining
for
potential
future
quantitative
studies.
Conclusions:
To
meet
dimensions
sustainability,
is
recommended
focus
most
impactful
maintaining
interactions
between
factors.
Indeed,
study
represents,
one
hand,
invitation
pay
greater
attention
related
initial
pathway
may
subsequently
highlight
leading
sustainability.
This
could
help
propose
applicable
models
managers,
enabling
adopt
more
effective
strategies
identify
feasible
combinations

Abstract
The
Agriculture
Supply
Chain
(ASC)
faced
significant
pressure
to
implement
Net‐Zero
Strategies
(NZSs)
from
consumer
organizations,
social
and
environmental
campaigners,
agro‐based
businesses,
legislators.
Blockchain
Technology
(BCT)
has
been
introduced
tackle
the
current
challenges
in
ASC,
due
its
ability
improve
food
security,
lower
waste,
reduce
carbon
dioxide
emissions.
Therefore,
this
research
is
conducted

enablers
of
BCT
implementation
for
NZSs
Indian
ASC.
