Purpose This study aims to examine publishing patterns regarding the incorporation of organizational learning in philanthropic organizations. Design/methodology/approach conducts a quantitative bibliometric analysis using Scopus database data from 1997 2024. The search terms “organizational learning” combined with “philanthropy,” “non-profit,” “nonprofit,” “charity,” “humanitarian” or “endowment” yielded 162 articles. were processed RStudio Bibliometrix R package, specifically Biblioshiny component. Findings results indicate significant increase research interest theme within organizations also elucidates relationships among most prolific authors based on country their affiliated universities, collaborations that have taken place, cited documents, keywords and scientific knowledge used. Maintaining high-quality care in nursing homes is challenging. An ageing population and labour market shortages have created an imbalance the supply demand of care, focus has transitioned from quality to life. This study explores how 'learning organization' (LO) concept could contribute a new paradigm homes, by 1) examining its efficacy operationalization for 2) identifying elements most relevant home setting. Las universidades desempeñan un papel fundamental en la dinamización de los ecosistemas innovación al ser fuentes primordiales conocimiento que fluye hacia sectores público, privado y académico. Sin embargo, este flujo se ve obstaculizado por carencia canales comunicación efectivos. Para abordar esta problemática, estudio enfocó concepción desarrollo prototipo para dispositivos móviles tabletas, utilizando metodologías Lean herramientas pensamiento diseño. En las etapas definición, investigación e ideación, emplearon propuesta valor modelo Canvas, con participación representantes instituciones universitarias España, Panamá, Guatemala, Perú, Ecuador, Argentina, Colombia Chile. El del prototipo, incluye una aplicación otra llevó a cabo Ecuador. Los prototipos desarrollados incluyen interfaz funcionalidades específicas, como capacidad búsqueda inversionistas sus proyectos posibilidad establecer redes distintas universidades. Además, permite usuarios crear publicar noticias, ver el estatus realizar preguntas expertos. Estos fueron diseñados espacio dinámico donde investigadores, emprendedores, empresarios, mentores puedan interactuar manera fluida. impacto potencial estas aplicaciones radica su fomentar, fortalecer potencializar vínculos entre todos actores ecosistema universitario.
