Abstract Food authenticity is crucial for ensuring consumer trust, public health and market integrity with particular importance in the context of religious cultural practices. For global Muslim population, halal food adherence not merely a dietary preference but fundamental aspect faith, necessitating rigorous verification status. Traditional methods authentication such as sensory evaluation basic chemical analysis, electrophoresis ionizing radiation often fall short addressing complexities modern production supply chains leading to potential cross‐contamination mislabeling. These limitations underscore urgent need advanced techniques authentication. This paper explores technologies DNA‐based methods, spectroscopy, chromatography, immunological assays, emerging innovations like blockchain artificial intelligence. By providing comprehensive overview these techniques, this aims highlight their enhancing accuracy, reliability efficiency thereby supporting industry stakeholders, regulators consumers upholding integrity.

Halal product pharmacies have become the primary attention of consumers and industry, especially in ensuring that raw materials production processes follow Sharia principles. The halal certification process still depends on manual methods often faces challenges matter efficiency accuracy. Therefore, research proposes application System Engineering Process Methodology (SEPM) for developing a system based Machine Learning(ML) detecting validating pharmacies. This covers stages Requirements Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance, Works optimally appropriately with applicable regulations. ML model was developed tested various technique validation For increased accuracy classifying products. Research results shows approach can improve integrate it into scale industry to support compliance standards more systematically.
