One of Indonesia’s sustainability targets is achieving full energy transitions and net zero emissions by 2060 or sooner. Thus, significant strides massive investments are being made to revolutionise the development delivery infrastructure projects, particularly in sector. The State Electricity Company driving these advances, targeting a surge renewable usage 23% 2025 31% 2050. Despite efforts, progress remains critically low, highlighting urgent need for more effective strategies execution. A comprehensive understanding critical success factors (CSFs) barriers—and how they influence projects—is essential ensuring their successful delivery. This study aims identify model influences various CSFs barriers projects’ Indonesia. Using questionnaire survey with 182 respondents, this explored factors, key challenges, applicable strategies. data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis structural equation modelling. revealed four including stakeholders’ collaboration project supervision, 10 insufficient planning, poor stakeholder communication, unrealistic cost time estimation. involved cross-functional framework collaboration, early consultation integrating frequent reporting enhanced supervision.
