The objective of this study is to enhance the capacity struvite-phosphate forming reactor utilized in production phosphorus fertilizer from wastewater collected mobile toilets, characterized by (P) concentrations 5.0 ± 1.1 g/l. experimental procedure comprised three sequential phases: first phase involved precipitation using reactor; second focused on pelletizing P product with sugar milling wastes as filler; and third assessing bioavailability agricultural soils. Experimental design entails batch experiments operational variables including Mg:P molar ratio pH. Results nine (3 × 3) indicate that (1) percentage recovery ranged 1.9 65.2, a peak observed at high pH values, (2) optimal attained 1.25 9 during precipitation, (3) EDS analysis confirms presence major elements constituting predominant component 13.1%weight. Moreover, leaching soil predominantly occurred after 7th day among various types 90-days dissolution efficiency 97.7 0.6, 86.9 4.1, 88.0 3.0 for sandy loam, silt clay respectively. These findings underscore viability achieving substantial through utilization via chemical additional evidence suggesting effective pellets loam soil, thereby highlighting its potential widespread implementation both struvite large scale.
