ABSTRACT Quantum Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) technology is one of the new technologies in field digital electronics. In this article, for first time, some unique designs are presented most optimal possible state QCA technology. While, a proposed rising edge sensitive D‐flip‐flop with 28 cells and an area , four‐bit eight‐bit linear feedback shift register (LFSR) 135 263 respectively, as well reset capability 110 . These have least number cells, small area, low time delay energy consumption. The occupied improved by 35.6% 61%, compared to different authorities. It can be said that these among newest terms cell number, delay. Also, all been simulated famous software QCADesigner version 2.0.3.
