This study explored how Islamic education proved its existence in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and adapts by using digital technology teaching learning process. adopts a qualitative approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as method. The SLR was chosen because it has several advantages, one which is systematic standardized procedures. In this study, 120 articles were found to be filtered PRISMA Model analyzed more deeply about adapted shows that very worthy appreciation; not only interpreted transfer knowledge values but also gives birth human-centred technology-based creativity innovation. can answer society’s need live meaningful life utilizing technological tools improve quality education, science, technology, imtaq, well moral intellectual human resources. aligns with use process helping students teachers, itself, personalized or self-study, freedom choose all approaches, project-based learning, applicable field practice.
