Perioperative management of Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome patients undergoing high-risk surgeries presents significant challenges. Dexmedetomidine has been widely evaluated for its ability to increase the refractory period cardiac action potentials in with pre-excitation syndromes, and it also shows promising results maintaining hemodynamics reducing burden arrhythmic complications. Different techniques adjuvants have used manage syndromes effects dexmedetomidine make a potential choice such patients. However, further research is needed fully understand benefits risks. We present case an asymptomatic, healthy 27-year-old patient WPW who underwent donor nephrectomy, where was perioperatively maintain stable hemodynamics.
