Purpose
This
study
explores
expatriates’
perceptions
of
the
support
they
receive
during
crises
as
transition
to
remote
work,
examining
factors
that
help
them
adapt
and
succeed
in
these
conditions.
Design/methodology/approach
Using
an
inductive
approach,
we
conducted
20
semi-structured
interviews
with
expatriates
eleven
countries
applied
reflexive
thematic
analysis

organisational
social
work.
Findings

growing
popularity
of
remote
and
hybrid
work
has
changed
the
dynamics

teams
