A variable-angle T-Y-shaped fin model is built herein. Constructal design of the studied by introducing branched angle as an additional variable. Firstly, with goal minimizing maximum dimensionless excess temperature (MDET), optimized. Secondly, heat transfer performance further optimized 2-degree-of-freedom (DOF) and 3-DOF optimizations including angle. According to results, in 1-DOF optimization, when reaches 17.2°, MDET minimum at value 30.78, which 19.32 % lower than that 90°. Furthermore, under optimization 27.20, 28.70 result 90°, 11.63 optimization. It necessary add Moreover, effect 2-DOF significant, while not obvious. The outcomes obtained from this study may serve theoretical counsels for dissipation designs fins various thermal systems.
