Abstract This research reported the eigenvalue responses of delaminated hybrid (adhesive and bolted) polymeric joint components using a simulation model via ABAQUS. First, is developed into by combining two different eight‐noded elements for glass‐fiber‐reinforced adherents (quadrilateral in‐plane general‐purpose continuum shell element, SC8R) adhesives (linear brick) discretization component. The necessary end boundary conditions are now adopted to compute desired eigenvalues Lanchzo's solution steps.
