The unrelenting emergence of SARS-CoV-2 variants has significantly challenged the efficacy existing COVID-19 vaccines. Enhancing stability and immunogenicity spike protein is critical for improving vaccine performance addressing variant-driven immune evasion. We developed an mRNA-based vaccine, RV-1730, encoding Delta variant with S6P mutation to enhance immunogenicity. vaccine's protective were evaluated in preclinical models, including monovalent (RV-1730) bivalent (RV-1731) formulations targeting BA.1 variants. Diabetes commonly risk factor that contributes not only severity mortality patients, also associated complications, including acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) multi-organ failure. Abstract Millions of people worldwide are mourning the loss loved ones due to COVID‐19 epidemic, which may adversely impact their mental health. This meta‐analysis aimed investigate pandemic grief symptoms and disorders for developing policy, practice, research priorities. The databases Cochrane, Embase, Ovid‐MEDLINE, WHO COVID‐19, NCBI SARS‐CoV‐2, Scopus, Web Science, CINAHL, Science Direct were comprehensively searched until July 31, 2022. Joanna Briggs Institute's Hoy's criteria used evaluate studies. A pooled prevalence was presented in a forest plot figure with corresponding 95% confidence interval (CI) prediction interval. Between‐study heterogeneity measured using I 2 Q statistics. Variations estimates different subgroups examined by moderator meta‐analysis. search identified 3677 citations, 15 studies involving 9289 participants included rate 45.1% (95%CI: 32.6%–57.5%), disorder 46.4% 37.4%–55.5%). Grief significantly higher <6 months (45.8%; 95%CI: 26.3%–65.3%) compared period more than 6 months. Wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) emerged as a surveillance tool for detecting outbreaks early, monitoring infectious disease trends, providing real-time insights, particularly vulnerable communities. WBE aids tracking pathogens, including viruses, sewage, offering comprehensive understanding of community health lifestyle habits. With the rise global COVID-19 cases, gained prominence, aiding SARS-CoV-2 levels worldwide. Despite advancements treatment, poorly treated wastewater discharge remains threat, amplifying spread water-, sanitation-, hygiene (WaSH)-related diseases.
