ABSTRACT
In
this
paper,
a
novel
broad‐spectrum
chitosan
polymer
carbon
dots‐based
UV
absorber
((CS‐PCDs)‐g‐UV‐0)
was
obtained
by
grafting
UV‐0
onto
chitosan‐based
dots
(CS‐PCDs)
through
simple
green
microwave
method
to
achieve
the
macromolecular
quantification
of
absorbers.
The
products
were
characterized
means
IR
spectroscopy,
NMR
absorption
TGA,
and
XPS.
Finally,
applied
natural
rubber
(NR),
its
anti‐UV
aging
properties
systematically
investigated
conducting
UV‐accelerated
experiments
on
carbonyl
index,
weight
loss
rate,
contact
angle,
SEM
morphology
NR
materials
added
with
(CS‐PCDs)‐g‐UV‐0
before
after
aging.
results
showed
that
28
days
2%
(CS‐PCDs)‐g‐UV‐0,
increase
in
index
considerably
less
significant
than
pure
samples,
as
change
angle.
According
observations
made
SEM,
addition
caused
delay
occurrence
cracking
surface
material.
summary,
is
proposed
present
study
enhance
performance
resistance.

Natural
rubber
(NR)

Herein,
a
fully
biosourced,
vulcanization-free
developed
by
simply
introducing
carrageenan
(KC)
the
matrix
via
facile
aqueous
mixing
method.
nonrubber
components
(NRCs)
on
latex
particles
are
crucial
importance
for
this
art
as
they
can
interact
with
KC
forming
hydrogen
bonding
between
functional
groups
proteins
NRCs
abundant
hydroxyl
sulfonate
molecules.
As
result,
selectively
dispersed
forms
segregated
filler
network.
special
good
interfacial
interaction
promote
strain-induced
crystallization
endow
composites
great
mechanical
properties.
Moreover,
obtained
NR/KC
exhibit
an
interesting
thermal-responsive
attraction
behavior,
which
has
potential
smart
applications,
such
artificial
muscle.
This
work
paves
simple
effective
path
to
leveraging
inherent
NRC
particles,
opening
new
horizon
sustainable
development
NR/polysaccharide
composite
elastomers.

Abstract
This
leading-edge
overview
delivers
an
all-inclusive
knowledge
on
fundamentals,
state-of-the-art,
and
technicalities
of
two
important
polymer
categories
filled
with
graphene
quantum
dots,
namely
conjugated
polymer/graphene
dots
rubber/graphene
nanocomposites.
According
to
the
literature
up
till
now,
facile
efficient
fabrication
methods,
like
in
situ
polymerization,
solution
mixing,
melt
blending,
etc.
have
been
reported
for
these
derived
hybrids.
The
ensuing
based
nanocomposites
were
inspected
microstructural,
electrical
conductivity,
charge
transportation,
thermal/mechanical
resistance,
fluorescence
properties,
allied
valuable
physical
features.
Incidentally,
we
notice
promising
applications
inimitable
hybrids
gas/molecular/piezoelectric
sensors,
supercapacitors,
biomedical
areas.
Nevertheless,
due
limited
reports
applied
sides
conjugated/rubbery
matrices,
future
research
attempts
seem
indispensable
resolve
challenges
optimized/controlled
processing
also
unveil
structure-property-performance
links
synergistic
mechanisms
developing
next
generation
industrial
level
