Materials with an unusual mix of properties which cannot be satisfied by traditional polymeric materials are increasingly researched alongside the conversion waste to wealth, promoting sustainability engineering materials. This study investigated mechanical cow bone (CB) and pyrolyzed poultry feather (PF) reinforced recycled low-density polyethene (rLDPE) composites assess their suitability as substitutes for conventional polymers in industrial applications. CB was crushed blended at different ratios PF rLDPE matrix obtained from sachet water packs. The were developed tested hardness, tensile, flexural impact strength well moisture absorption. Results tests showed that composite 70% 30% resulted highest tensile Shore-D hardness 6.42 MPa 94 respectively. having 10.81 while 80% 20% absorbed energy 3.07 J. All samples except rLDPE, 10% less than 5% moisture. good lightweight characteristics density values ranging 0.74 g/cm3 1.07 g/cm3. Compared polymers, these offer improved moderate but may have lower durability unless treated resistance. They can serve cheap synthetic used manufacture casings packaging electronics, beverage automobile industries.
