Diabetic wounds are extremely difficult to heal due the long duration and high recurrence rate. The bacterial infection caused by elevated blood glucose negatively affects speed of wound healing. In this article, radially oriented nanofibers containing natural antimicrobial agent purslane were prepared electrostatic spinning. Subsequently, asiaticoside was loaded onto surface fibers spraying. experimental results indicated that radial nanofiber membranes exhibited uniform diameter distribution, suitable water vapor permeability, good hydrophilicity as well excellent antibacterial performance biocompatibility. Due ordered arrangement, healing ability, regular granulation tissue growth, collagen deposition. More importantly, fiber structure significantly promoted cell proliferation adhesion. Based on these results, with a have potential application prospects in field chronic diabetic

Grapes, recognized as a nutritionally rich fruit, have been found through extensive research to contain various bioactive components. However, the roles of polysaccharides and their properties remain unclear. Based on this, in our research, four different grape were obtained using an enzymatic-assisted extraction method. We investigated compared physicochemical properties, antioxidant activities, protective effects gastric mucosa mice. The results indicated that monosaccharide compositions these specific similar; however, molar ratios, molecular weights, morphological characteristics varied. radical scavenging tests revealed red-fleshed polysaccharide (RFP) exhibited superior properties. In vivo assessments demonstrated RFP protects against mucosal injury mice by inhibiting inflammation generation. Therefore, from holds potential application value pharmaceutical food industries.
