Grapes,
recognized
as
a
nutritionally
rich
fruit,
have
been
found
through
extensive
research
to
contain
various
bioactive
components.
However,
the
roles
of
polysaccharides
and
their
properties
remain
unclear.
Based
on
this,
in
our
research,
four
different
grape
were
obtained
using
an
enzymatic-assisted
extraction
method.
We
investigated
compared
physicochemical
properties,
antioxidant
activities,
protective
effects
gastric
mucosa
mice.
The
results
indicated
that
monosaccharide
compositions
these
specific
similar;
however,
molar
ratios,
molecular
weights,
morphological
characteristics
varied.
radical
scavenging
tests
revealed
red-fleshed
polysaccharide
(RFP)
exhibited
superior
properties.
In
vivo
assessments
demonstrated
RFP
protects
against
mucosal
injury
mice
by
inhibiting
inflammation
generation.

Diabetic
wounds
are
extremely
difficult
to
heal
due
the
long
duration
and
high
recurrence
rate.
The
bacterial
infection
caused
by
elevated
blood
glucose
negatively
affects
speed
of
wound
healing.
In
this
article,
radially
oriented
nanofibers
containing
natural
antimicrobial
agent
purslane
were
prepared
electrostatic
spinning.
Subsequently,
asiaticoside
was
loaded
onto
surface
fibers
spraying.
experimental
results
indicated
that
radial
nanofiber
membranes
exhibited
uniform
diameter
distribution,
suitable
water
vapor
permeability,
good
hydrophilicity
as
well
excellent
antibacterial
performance
biocompatibility.
Due
ordered
arrangement,
healing
ability,
regular
granulation
tissue
growth,
collagen
deposition.
More
importantly,
fiber
structure
significantly
promoted
cell
proliferation
adhesion.
