Polyether
block

(Pebax)

difficult
to
prepare
high
expansion
ratio
(ER)
foam
in
a
wide
range
of
foaming
temperatures
by
supercritical
CO2-assisted
due
its
weak
melt
strength
and
complex
crystallization
behavior.
In
this
work,
Pebax
with
ER
was
prepared
two-step
under
CO2
after
chain
extension
modification.
The
results
showed
that
the
addition
extender
significantly
increased
improved
behavior
Pebax.
At
same
time,
window
temperature
reduced
from
160

°C,
which
realizes
large-span
control
1.2
times
39.1
for
first
time.

Polylactic
acid
(PLA)
foam,
known
for
its
biodegradability
and
biocompatibility,
faces
limitations
due
to
poor
melt
viscosity
low
crystallinity.
To
address
these
issues,
this
research
utilizes
ethylene‐glycidyl
methacrylate
copolymer
as
a
chain
extender
(CE)
enhance
PLA
incorporates
the
nucleating
agent
diphenylhydrazide
sebacic
(ST‐NAB3)
adjust
crystallization
characteristics.
The
CEPLA/ST‐NAB3
material
is
developed
foamed
using
supercritical
CO
2
an
intermittent
method.
Observations
by
polarizing
microscope
differential
scanning
calorimeter
show
increases
in
both
rate
crystallinity
of
sample.
When
ST‐NAB3
content
0.4
wt%,
transformation
from
spherulite
string
crystal
morphology
occurs.
Rheological
tests
higher
strength
compared
with
pure
PLA,
thereby
improving
foaming
behavior.
temperature
108
°C,
foam
wt%
has
smallest
cell
size
highest
density,
which
are
55.38
μm
3.95
×

,

annealing
