This review highlights recent innovations in food packaging, emphasizing the shift from conventional petroleum-based materials to bio-based alternatives and smart packaging systems. Bio-based materials, such as starch, cellulose, polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA), offer sustainable solutions due their biodegradability reduced environmental impact. These are positioned eco-friendly traditional plastics but face challenges related production costs scalability. Additionally, advancements technologies, including sensor indicator systems, provide real-time quality monitoring, enhancing safety reducing waste. Active incorporating natural antioxidants moisture control, extend product shelf life improve preservation. In this work, a series of stereoblock polylactic acids chemically bonded by the two enantiomers acid poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) and poly(D-lactic (PDLA), C16-PLLAm-b-PDLAn C16-PDLAm-b-PLLAn (m ≥ 200, n = 2m) with higher molecular weight (Mn 11.63 × 104 g/mol, PDI ≤ 1.81), were synthesized via two-step-controlled ring-opening polymerization reaction first L-lactide then D-lactide or, in turn, using hexadecanol (C16) as initiator step. Both contain stereocomplex crystals (SCs) homogeneous (HCs), HCs removed, while SCs retained during isothermal crystallization at 190 °C because used temperature is than melting but lower that SCs. The crystallinity (XSC) has significant effect on barrier performances film. To illustrate, increase XSC film C16-PLLA300-b-PDLA600 from 0.83% to 22.72%, oxygen permeability (PO2) water vapor (PH2O) decrease 1.59 10–14 cm3·cm/(cm2·s·Pa) 0.38 6.78 g·cm/(cm2·s·Pa) 2.04 g·cm/(cm2·s·Pa), respectively, improving performance 76.10% 69.91%. films not only have high also maintain good tensile degradability, providing new strategy for developing degradable gas materials based itself.

В работе проводится исследование спектров комбинационного рассеяния (КР) света ряда материалов на основе полилактида: стереоизомеров полилактида, олигомеров L-лактида, сополимеров L-лактида и ε-капролактона, композитов поли(L-лактида) гидроксиапатита. Установлено, что по спектрам КР можно определять состав степень кристалличности широкого круга полилактида. Развитие такой методики очень важно для разработки инновационных используемых как разнообразных медицинских применений, так и, например, при создании биоразлагаемой одноразовой упаковки решения проблем загрязнения окружающей среды.
