In order to establish the differences in packaging containing various essential oils, polylactide (PLA)-based polymeric films incorporating poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), clove (C), grapefruit (G), rosemary (R), and tea tree (T) oils were obtained subsequently analyzed. addition examining structure morphology, polymer underwent analyses that are particularly important with regard contact food. ABSTRACT Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) /Eucalyptus oil Citriodora wound dressing containing piezoelectric β phase was fabricated by solution casting method. The measurement of water contact angle, moisture content (MC), thickness, density, opacity, swelling degree, vapor transmission rate (WVTR), color parameters, and mechanical properties, also the tests physical appearance, attenuated total reflection–Fourier transform infrared (ATR–FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), antibacterial activity, cytotoxicity were conducted for investigation prepared features performance. Based on results, angle pure PVDF film obtained as 123.5° while it measured 86.7° dressing. Furthermore, MC parameter films achieved 16.66% 18.75%, respectively. values inhibition zone against Staphylococcus aureus ( S. ) Escherichia coli E. 33.56 31.08 mm, Moreover, exhibited a 117% cell viability after 72 h, in contrast to sample which only 26% viability.
