The simultaneous preconcentration and determination of Pb(II) Cu(II) was afforded by a Syringe Solid Phase Extraction (SSPE) technique, which developed described for the first time, exploiting alginate/carbon/PVA (ACP) sorbent as support material. Imperative experimental factors were appraised in detail: pH 5.0 4.0 Cu(II), 75 mg ACP mass, 4 sample cycles, 9 eluent cycles Pb(II), 8 1 mol L-1 HNO3 found to be optimal conditions devised procedure. 100 both Cu(II). These closely align with those obtained from Box-Behnken Design (BBD) optimization. results confirmed that adsorbent could reused up times. LOD values calculated 9.34 7.17 μg L-1, respectively. RSDs less than 3.3%. validated recoveries ERM-BD151 (standard reference sample) acquired at 97.6% 98.9% approach designed analytes liquid milk samples proved successful.
