Background: Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus (AOF) is a medicinal and edible resource that holds potential to ameliorate hyperuricemia (HUA), yet its mechanism of action warrants further investigation. Methods: We performed network pharmacology, molecular docking, dynamics simulation, in vitro experiments investigate the AOF against HUA. Meanwhile, different extraction methods, such as hot water ultrasonic extractions, can significantly affect the yield of PRPs, Additionally, PRPs were also reported to hold promising potential a drug carrier.
