Background: Alpiniae oxyphyllae Fructus (AOF) is a medicinal and edible resource that holds potential to ameliorate hyperuricemia (HUA), yet its mechanism of action warrants further investigation. Methods: We performed network pharmacology, molecular docking, dynamics simulation, in vitro experiments investigate the AOF against HUA. Results: The results indicate 48 anti-HUA targets for 4 components derived from were excavated predicted through public databases. Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis indicated there are 190 entries related biological process, 24 cellular component, 42 function, 44 Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) signaling pathways. docking showed main active ingredients may have therapeutic effects on immune system disorders inflammation caused by HUA binding including peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG), estrogen 1 (ESR1), prostaglandin G/H synthase 2 (PTGS2), 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMGCR). As widely used in traditional Chinese medicine and nutritional food, Polygonati Rhizom is known for its diverse pharmacological properties, including hematopoiesis, immune enhancement, antitumor, anti‐inflammatory, antioxidant, antiaging, antiviral, hepatoprotection. polysaccharides (PRPs) are primary bioactive compounds that water‐soluble mainly comprise fructose (Fru), glucose (Glc), galactose (Gal), arabinose (Ara), rhamnose (Rha), fucose (Fuc), xylose (Xyl), glucuronic acid (GlcA), galacturonic (GalA).
