HA (hyaluronan) has been considered in recent years as a naturally occurring modifiable gel-like scaffold that the capability to absorb and release drugs over an extended period of time making it suitable potential chemotherapeutic delivery agent. Considering limited treatment options available glioblastoma, this review, we discuss novel utilisation ultra-high molecular weight HA-originally identified mechanism for maintaining longevity naked mole-rat-as both protective extracellular matrix-optimizing colloidal scaffold, means deliver therapy resected brain tumours. Abstract Nowadays, diseases have a high rate of incidence and mortality worldwide. On the other side, drawbacks conventional modalities in suppression encountered serious problematic issues for health human beings. For instance, although various approaches been applied treatment cancer, it has an ever‐increasing throughout globe. Thus, there is fundamental requirement development breakthrough technologies inhibition diseases. Hyaluronic acid (HA) one most practical biopolymers HA lots potential physicochemical (like rheological, structural, molecular weight, ionization, etc.) biomedical properties (bioavailability, biocompatibility, CD44 targeting signaling pathways, components biological organs, mucoadhesion, immunomodulation, etc.), which made candidate tools pharmaceutical sciences. The ease surface modification (carboxylation, amidation, hydroxylation, esterification), bioavailability synthesis routes, administration routes are considered as merits HA‐based vehicles.
