ABSTRACT The development of latent curing agents is essential for advancements in industrial applications. In this study, we synthesize the IPDI@PU microcapsule agent with a regular spherical morphology and uniform size distribution through interfacial polymerization using lignin‐stabilized O/W Pickering emulsion as template. encapsulation IPDI within PU shell effectively inhibits its activity. Furthermore, presence does not change rapid reaction kinetics system. Importantly, after storage period 30 days at 40°C, degree IPDI@PU/EP system measured only 6.4%, indicating excellent stability great potential practical
